About

Emma Cadel is a Michelin-trained chef based in London. Having built a foundation in some of the city’s top restaurants including Chez Bruce, Spring and The Glasshouse, she developed a cooking style rooted in modern techniques using seasonal British produce. Today she works for a global client base and brings together understated refinement and a deep respect for ingredients with a warm and bespoke approach to every meal.

Working independently for private clients across the UK and around the world, Emma takes on a broad range of projects, creating custom culinary experiences for individuals, families, brands, and businesses. Whether it’s a private dinner in Somerset, a brand launch in London or a retreat in the Mediterranean, her work celebrates seasonality and the joy of bringing people together around a table.

Emma’s intention is that clients come to her not just for beautifully cooked food, but for the thoughtfulness, ease, and the calm professionalism she brings to every project. Her passion lies in creating food that feels both special and deeply personal—tailored to the occasion, the people, and the place.
